We are lucky that quality, local grown food is literally on our doorstep at the Wellington Point Farm! To find out more about the only remaining farm in the Redlands, click here. There are plentiful drink choices to complement your meal, most notably our selection of Barossa Wines that are exclusive to Craft Brew House in Queensland! Who knew Birkdale would be the place for some stunning red wines that you cannot purchase anywhere else in Queensland – direct from cellar door to you!
Our Culinary Cornerstones
Pizza Birkdale:
Freshly prepared and award-winning, our pizzas have become the talk of the town. Our pizza bases are made using a premium artisan sourdough recipe, slow-fermented for 72 hours, then individually hand-stretched and stone-baked. Pair that with plenty of flavoursome sauce; classic tomato, smokey BBQ or green pesto, there is something to suit everyone. For the last few years, our customers have voted our pizzas as being the best pizza Birkdale. We also offer a smaller base for the kids, or if you fancy a smaller pizza. All pizzas are customisable too. Just let us know what you love! We also run Pizza Birkdale Specials every Thursday – get the best pizzas in town for only $18!

Tapas & Share Plates:
At the heart of our menu is our tapas and share plates philosophy. We believe that food is best enjoyed when shared with good company, as this invites conversation, creates a communal dining atmosphere, and allow you to sample a variety of flavours in one sitting.
We season our chips with our CBH in-house curated seasoning, which also features in other dishes on our menu. We offer classic garlic aioli with our chips, but you can choose tomato or bbq if you prefer.
Our tapas selection includes salt and pepper calamari, vegetarian spring rolls, nachos, loaded chips and more. Some items can be tailored to your requirements with different toppings and sauces. Come and speak to us about what you love and lets make it happen!
Wings Birkdale:
Many of our patrons argue that our roasted wings are the best in town. We’ll let you be the judge of that. We oven cook our wings to achieve a BBQ-like taste; they’re crispy on the outside and moist in the centre.
To highlight the chicken wing’s quality, we do not to crumb them and we never fry them. We add flavour with our special in-house curated rubs (buffalo, BBQ, lemon pepper, or naked).The wings also come with a choice of dipping sauces.
Look out for Wings Wednesday, every Wednesday night our wings are reduced to just $11 per portion.

For those with specific dietary preferences, our Brew House menu is considerate and inclusive. We offer gluten-free options such as pizza bases, sweet potato chips with aioli, and baked chicken wings. Vegans can rejoice too, with our vegan cheese alternatives for various menu items. Please note that we use a shared fryer.

Earlier this year, we embarked on a memorable trip to Adelaide with a group of friends from Craft. Our primary objective was to explore the renowned wine regions of Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale. Little did we know that this journey would pave the way for an exciting new venture at our beloved Craft Brew House in the Redlands Coast with Barossa Wine in particular..
Inspired by our wine-tasting adventures, we realised that you, our customers, would appreciate a wine menu that showcased the exquisite flavours we had experienced. So we envisioned a carefully curated selection of Barossa Valley wines, designed to complement our existing craft beer offerings.
With newfound enthusiasm, we set out to source the finest wines from Barossa’s prestigious wineries. We forged partnerships with local vineyards, handpicking a diverse range of reds, whites, and sparkling wines that reflected the region’s rich winemaking heritage. Our reds in particular cannot be found anywhere else in Qld – they come to direct from the Gumpara cellar door.
We wanted to create a harmonious union of craft beer and Barossa’s finest wines.
