We host relaxed functions for groups of around 5 to 100 guests, with no venue hire fee. Choose pizzas, wings, tapas and share food, organise a bar tab or let guests pay as they go. Book your function on a Friday or Saturday night and complimentary live music is included, worth up to $750.

We are opposite Birkdale train station, with free parking nearby, making it easy for guests travelling from across the Redlands Coast and Brisbane bayside.

Put your budget towards food and drinks rather than paying simply to use the space. Exclusive-use arrangements can be discussed for larger bookings, depending on the date and guest numbers.

Easy Party Food

Pizzas, wings, tapas, chips and share plates keep guests fed without interrupting the party. Many function menus work out at roughly $15–$20 per guest, depending on your choices and quantities. Gluten-free and other dietary options are available.

Drinks Your Way

Independent craft beer, Barossa wines, cocktails and alcohol-free options. Guests can pay as they go, or you can set a bar tab with agreed limits and wristbands.

We match the area to your guest numbers, preferred day and whether you want a casual reserved space or a larger private arrangement.

2. Plan Food & Drinks

Choose share food and pizzas, then decide between pay-as-you-go drinks or a controlled bar tab. As a guide, many groups allow around $15–$20 per guest for food, and we help you estimate sensible quantities.

3. Add Your Details

Bring decorations and a cake and let us know about dietary needs. For Friday or Saturday night functions, complimentary live music is included, worth up to $750. We take care of the venue setup and service.

10/10 Experience. We had my husband's 50th birthday at Craft last night & the experience from when we started organising it to the end of the night was absolutely incredible. Can we hire Craft for a 21st birthday?

Yes. Craft is a relaxed alternative to a traditional 21st function room, with reserved-space and larger exclusive-use options depending on your date and guest numbers. The same applies to 30th, 40th, 50th and 60th birthday celebrations.

Do you offer adult party packages?

We tailor the food and drinks rather than locking you into a rigid package. Many groups budget around $15 per guest for food, or $15–$20 for more generous selections, then choose pay-as-you-go drinks or an agreed bar tab.

How many guests can Craft Brew House host?

We cater for celebrations from around 5 to 100 people. The best area and format depend on your numbers, date and whether you want reserved or more exclusive use.

Is there a venue hire fee?

There is no venue hire fee. Exclusive-use options depend on the date and guest numbers, and we will explain what is available before you commit.

Can we decorate and bring a cake?

Yes. You are welcome to bring decorations and your own cake. We can discuss setup timing and help keep the cake refrigerated until it is needed.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. Gluten-free pizza bases, vegan cheese and other gluten-free options are available. Let us know about allergies and coeliac requirements when enquiring so we can explain the shared-kitchen arrangements.

Can we have a bar tab?

Yes. You can set a limit and choose which drinks are included, with wristbands available. Guests can also purchase their own drinks throughout the function.

Is live music included?

Yes. Book your function on a Friday or Saturday night and complimentary live music is included at no extra charge—an inclusion worth up to $750. It gives your party a genuine night-out atmosphere without using more of your budget.

Is Craft easy for guests to reach?

We are at 1/190 Birkdale Road, directly opposite Birkdale train station, with free parking nearby. It is an easy option for guests from the Redlands Coast and Brisbane bayside.

Can we book a work Christmas party?

Absolutely. We host Christmas parties, team celebrations and end-of-year functions, with flexible food service, controlled bar tabs and entertainment options. Popular dates should be discussed early.
