Selected Wednesdays · 50+ guests
Host your Trivia for Good night at Craft.
You rally the crowd. We bring the questions, music bingo and a room that knows how to have a good time.
A fundraiser people want to attend
Your cause. Your crowd. A very Craft night.
Trivia for Good is a lively partnership for schools, clubs, charities, sporting organisations and community groups.
Your group brings the supporters and runs the fundraising. Craft creates and hosts the entertainment, with two short trivia rounds, themed musical bingo and the practical pieces that keep the night moving.
Approved events with at least 50 guests pay no venue-hire or entertainment fee. That means the money you raise can stay focused on the cause.

Real night · Real result
Bella’s Night packed Craft for a cause.
Friends, family and supporters filled the venue for a breast cancer fundraiser built around their own community.
The organiser brought the people, sourced prizes, ran the raffles and handled the money. Craft built and hosted the entertainment. It was a true partnership—your community and ours, each doing the part we do best.

Useful to know
Before you choose a date.
Is there a venue or entertainment fee?
Not for an approved Trivia for Good night that meets the attendance requirement. A refundable deposit may be used to hold the date, and Tracy will explain this when you enquire.
How many people do we need?
Plan for at least 50 confirmed guests, usually 10 or more tables of 4–6. Your organisation should be able to bring the majority of the room.
Who keeps the money raised?
Your organisation keeps the entry fees, donations, raffle proceeds and sponsorship it collects. Craft keeps the venue’s normal food and drink sales.
How far ahead should we organise it?
Six to eight weeks is ideal. It gives you time to gather prizes, promote the night and build a strong crowd.
Tell Tracy about your cause
Let’s see what your community can do.
Share your preferred Wednesday, the group behind the fundraiser and the crowd you expect to bring. Tracy will check the fit and availability before anything is confirmed.
Craft will use these details only to respond to your enquiry.
